UNICORR is a waterborne acrylic binder with phosphate functionality, whose films present excellent corrosion resistance .Therefore, the combination of substrate passivation and good water resistance of the polymeric film produced excellent corrosion protection for extended period under harsh corrosive conditions (up to 500 h exposure to salt spray test). The formulations based in UNICORR don’t need anticorrosive pigments and anti-flashrust additives.
