Industrial Chemist with over 25 years of experience in the coatings industry.
Graduated in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Milan in 1996, after earning a scientific high school diploma in 1989.

Held long-term leadership roles in laboratory management at CARVER SRL and IPM Italia SRL, specializing in wood and industrial flooring solutions.
Since 2020, serving as Technical Service Manager at SAPICI S.p.A., supporting polyurethane-based innovations and customer applications.
