RUDOLF GmbH - Emsa Química

Biography

Almost 20 years in coatings additives business, holding various positions in Sales, but among all of these the most chalanging is being a father of 4 kids (2 girls, 2 boys) where time management is the most vital skill I have to constantly improve, but I do believe to be somewhere close to perfection 😉

But seriously, my private & professional goals are somehow alike, you just need to be a good manager also at home…

To have an interesting, full of passion and excitements job & life is always something I am keen on… in the end of the day, our professional life can be compared to a good marriage as it is all about relations:

It is not just about looking at each other, but in the same direction!
