Biography

Javier Raya has a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the Universidad Autónoma Barcelona. He has 20 years of experience in the coatings sector, in functions such as research, development and production. Its main lines of work include dispersants and rheology modifiers, as well as different surfactants and new ecological solvents. In 2010, he took over the technical marketing for Iberia in BASF’s new formulation additives business unit. In the last 12 years, its activity has focused on promoting and advising BASF’s portfolio of formulation additives in different sectors, including paints and coatings, printing inks, adhesives, construction and composites.
