Biography

Carlos Troyano graduated in Chemistry with a Master’s in Organic Chemistry from the University of Barcelona. During his academic years, his research focused on the synthesis and study of new water-soluble porphyrins. In 2019 he began his professional development working at LEITAT collaborating in national and European projects related to organic chemistry. He currently works in the Antifoam R&D department at LABORATORIOS MIRET developing a broad range of antifoam agents for many industrial processes: paints manufacturing, paper machine, cellulose pulp (Kraft process), industrial waters, detergency sector…
